We can’t recommend visiting the Poppy factory highly enough. We learnt about the history of the remembrance Poppy (a corn poppy) and the factory, then had an opportunity to make a poppy or two. The Molesey Women’s Institute enjoyed a lovely curry and a dance together at Ruby’s.
MWI Walks
Blue skies abound as we head off from Garson Farm toward the ponds behind the sports pitches to start our trek. With directions such as “up the muddy track”, “turn left at the knobbly tree”, and “proceed to the tree with exposed roots”, we were ‘off grid’ and on an adventure!
